Queen of Quarantine – the blog

This is my first ever blog as ‘Queen of Quarantine’ so I’ll start off by saying –

‘Hi, I’m Abi’

(though no-one is probably reading this)

We broke up yesterday and since I am 10 I am in year 6 I’m missing out on things like shirt signing and (yes) even SATs! So basically Covid 19 is RUINING my last year at primary. (Sorry didn’t mean to sound bratty there!!!!) I am not actually looking forwards to secondary that much and I will definitely miss primary, after all – secondary is so big!!!! But I am actually focused on my last day of school so back to the subject.

It started off quite tediously when we had to finish off our sci-fi story (mine was terrible) but at least we are allowed to use the Chromebooks to search up stuff. But for the rest of the day we were having free time!!! So…. I made a mother’s day card for a competition that my friend started, lost miserably and did a couple alright sketches in my pad. We also watched Alice in Wonderland which was meant to be our end of year performance at the brew house – I really hope we are back at school by then. I was going to audition for the Queen of Hearts or the Mad Hatter!

At break we asked our teacher if we could have our shirts signed. And he said yes! So we had our shirts signed after all. While it was fun, we did not have very long but at least we managed to do it and I’m not complaining!

After school my usual club was cancelled. Everything is cancelled. EVERYTHING.

So I guess this sort of concludes my first blog. Sorry if this was a waste of your time but this blog is a place for me to vent out my frustrations about being in quarantine. Because it SUCKS.
